WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?We are located at 205 River Heights Drive by the Bow Valley High School, in Cochrane - AB.

WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?Our gym is located in a detached garage behind our house, with ample street parking available on our side of the house and across the street.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?Athletic gear is recommended. Our workouts feature a mix of cardio and weight training, so cross-training shoes are ideal, though not required.

WHAT IF I AM LATE?We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes schedules don't go as planned. If you find yourself running late, we kindly ask that you try to keep it to a minimum and strive to arrive on time. If you are late for a group class that has already started, please enter respectfully and get ready to join in without disrupting the flow of the class. For personal training sessions, if you know you'll be late, please send us a message directly to let us know. This way, we'll be aware that you're running behind schedule and not missing your session entirely. Your understanding is greatly appreciated!

DO YOU HAVE WATER?Absolutely! We don't offer disposable or reusable water bottles, so please remember to bring your own. If you need a refill, we have a convenient osmosis water filter ready to provide you with fresh water during your workout. Stay hydrated and enjoy your session!

HOW DO I GET STARTED ON A PROGRAM?The first step is to book your Free Intro session. During this session, we'll discuss your goals and determine the program that suits you best. Once we've decided on the program, you'll be able to book your first session with us and get started on your fitness journey!

HOW DO I BOOK MY PROGRAM/CLASSES?Booking your program is easy with our app powered by ZenPlanner. If you encounter any difficulties, don't hesitate to reach out to us at the gym. We're here to help and can walk you through the booking process.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PROGRAM?After enrolling in a program, you can conveniently make payments through our app using credit card or debit. Fees will be applied accordingly.

WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT BE CHARGED?The timing of charges depends on your specific program. For memberships, billing occurs monthly starting from the date you began your membership.

TERMINATIONYou are responsible for terminating your own billing cycle by providing written notice. Depending on your program, we may require between 7 to 14 days notice prior to your next billing cycle. Please check your specific program details for more information.
